2. Do you ship worldwide?

-> We usually only distribute to Canada, however, email us at info@integralequipmentshop.com and depending on your location, we will help you get you equipped with your products.

3. Where do you ship from?

-> Montreal, Quebec.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

-> We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

-> Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive if products are out of stock.

6. What if I don't receive my order?

-> If you don't receive your order within reasonable time, simply email us at info@integralequipmentshop.com with your purchase details and you will be eligible for a full refund.

7. Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

-> Customs have already been paid by us, the distributor, however the sale tax will still apply.

8. What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

-> Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

10. How do I use my warranty? 

-> Each Sagola paint gun has a product registration/warranty in the box. Once received, register the product(s) and follow the steps.
